Access and eligibility.

  • Echo and the private beta are designed for an adult audience.
  • Joining the waitlist does not guarantee selection, an invitation date or continued access.
  • Participation is free. No purchase is required.
  • An invitation is personal. It must not be sold, transferred or published.
  • PRISMODEV may limit cohort size, supported platforms, features and geographic availability.

Pre-release software.

Echo beta builds can contain defects, lose settings, fail to launch games or change without notice. Keep independent backups of saves, configuration and any content that matters to you.

Do not use a beta build as the only copy of important data. Report reproducible defects with the minimum personal information necessary.

Acceptable use.

You must not use Echo, EchoCloud or an invitation to:

  • break applicable law or another person's rights;
  • distribute malware, stolen credentials or harmful code;
  • probe, overload or access accounts, instances or systems without permission;
  • harass people, impersonate others, evade moderation or bypass an access restriction;
  • share personal data without a lawful reason and the person's knowledge;
  • sell access, operate spam or misrepresent Echo as an official service of a game publisher.

Games and shared content.

You may only upload, share, index or distribute a game, file, cover, description or other content when you have the right to do so. Owning Echo or receiving a beta invitation does not grant rights to third-party games.

PRISMODEV can remove or restrict content after a credible legal, copyright, security or abuse report. Rights holders and users can report concerns to sashadasilva@prismodev.com.

Safety and moderation.

Echo identity and network moderation are coordinated across the official network. PRISMODEV may investigate reports, preserve relevant evidence, remove content, restrict features, suspend an account or block access when reasonably necessary to protect users, services or legal rights.

Self-hosting supported EchoCloud services does not remove the rules that apply when an instance connects to shared Echo identity or network services.

Feedback and diagnostics.

You keep ownership of original feedback and materials you create. By sending a suggestion, you allow PRISMODEV to use, reproduce and adapt that suggestion without payment for the purpose of developing, testing and documenting Echo.

Diagnostic files can contain usernames, paths or technical identifiers. Review them before sending and use the private reporting channel provided for the beta.

Changes and ending access.

You can stop participating at any time and request deletion of waitlist data as described in the privacy notice. PRISMODEV can end or pause the beta, change features or withdraw an invitation when testing needs or safety require it.

The software license remains separate from these participation rules. Mandatory consumer and statutory rights are not excluded. French law applies, subject to any mandatory law that protects a participant in their country of residence.
