Your data, explained.

Who is responsible.

The data controller is PRISMODEV, Sasha Da Silva EI, 75 chemin des Grands Renards, 45500 Autry-le-Châtel, France. Privacy requests can be sent to sashadasilva@prismodev.com.

Website delivery and logs.

When the production website is visited, technical providers can process the IP address, request URL, date and time, user-agent, response status and security signals needed to deliver and protect the site.

Purpose

Deliver the site, detect abuse, diagnose failures and secure the service.

Legal basis

PRISMODEV's legitimate interests in operating and securing the website.

Recipients

PRISMODEV and the infrastructure providers listed below.

Origin retention

No more than 30 days for ordinary access logs, unless a specific security incident requires longer evidence retention.

Private-beta waitlist.

PRISMODEV processes the email address, consent timestamp and source page you submit to manage applications, send invitation decisions and communicate information necessary for participation in the Echo beta.

Legal basis

Your consent, given through a required and non-prechecked checkbox.

Required data

An email address is required to request an invitation. Without it, PRISMODEV cannot contact the applicant.

Retention

Until consent is withdrawn, or no later than 24 months after signup if no beta account is activated.

Marketing

The waitlist address will not be used for unrelated advertising without a separate choice.

The waitlist is stored in Cloudflare D1, in Cloudflare's European Union region. Cloudflare is a technical processor acting on PRISMODEV's instructions, in the same role already described for website delivery above. No other mailing or database provider is used. Invitation decisions are sent manually by PRISMODEV, not by an automated mailing service.

Technical providers and transfers.

Cloudflare, Inc.

Cloudflare hosts, delivers and secures this website, and processes the waitlist data described above through Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare operates a global network and may process technical data outside the European Economic Area under its contractual transfer safeguards and applicable transfer frameworks. Hetzner Online GmbH

Hetzner Online GmbH hosts the infrastructure behind Echo's update feed and cloud services, in Europe. Hetzner acts as a technical service provider for that infrastructure; it does not process website or waitlist data.

Cookies and audience measurement.

The Echo marketing site does not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or audience-measurement tools. It therefore does not display a consent banner.

Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security mechanisms when a protection feature is triggered. If optional analytics, embedded media or advertising tools are added, they must remain disabled until this notice and the consent mechanism are updated.

Your rights.

Depending on the processing, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Send a request to sashadasilva@prismodev.com. PRISMODEV may request proportionate information to verify identity. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data-protection authority.

No waitlist decision is made solely by an automated system.

Echo product data.

This website notice does not yet cover Echo accounts, cloud saves, achievements, friends, community content, moderation, federation or self-hosted instances. A separate product privacy notice and processing record must be completed before private-beta accounts are opened.
