What the MIT notice covers for the code Echo retains from Hydra, and which assets remain under third-party rights.
Echo and Hydra.
Echo Launcher is an independent evolution of Hydra Launcher. The codebase retains the original MIT copyright notice for Los Broxas for the portions it builds on, as the license requires.
Echo Launcher itself is proprietary software. Its source is not publicly available, and external contributions are closed.

Third-party software.
Echo includes third-party libraries and tools. Each dependency remains governed by its own copyright notice and license. The distributed application notices are the authoritative inventory for the build being used.
The MIT notice on the retained Hydra code does not replace the license of a dependency, platform SDK or external service.
Games, artwork and branding.
Game artwork, names, publisher marks and platform marks belong to their respective owners. Their display in product screenshots or compatibility information does not place those assets under any MIT notice.
The Echo name, logo and website materials are not automatically licensed for reuse unless a specific notice says otherwise.
